Spring 2024 Catchup Post

I slowed down a bit with art this semester, as I was busy with school work and wanted to focus on that. I also accidentally got locked out of my own Artstation account for a little bit, but I got that dealt with too.

Here are the two notable illustrations I made in the last few months, posted a bit late. The first is a commission I did for a friend featuring their OC, while the second is some Sonic fan art I doodled up because I haven't actually drawn much of Silver over the years, plus I've been trying to learn how to use ProCreate, which I have now. I'm not sure it'll ever replace CSP as my main drawing tool, but I may use it for sketches and doodles away from home.

The artist does not encourage the purchase of firearms if your response to a home intruder is "finally, I get to SHOOT someone!" -- This commissioned piece was a fun experiment with perspective and color. I also had a fun time planning out the words.

This was a little doodle I did in about an hour to try to practice ProCreate. The background wasn't really much of a focus, so much as it was just thrown in to give context to the apple.
