Sunset in Bordeaux
This was a big piece! I was commissioned by RhennyTheLukark over on Twitter to recreate a moment of his time with his partner during their recent visit to Bordeaux, France, and got to practice a LOT of perspective drawing and coloring as a result. This was a ton of fun to work on, and I hope I can do more work of a similar scale!
Fun fact! The buildings are actually colored in black and white and colorized via a gradient map in CSP! It allowed a lot of non-destructive flexibility in the event I needed to adjust the colors.
